Service Description: Provides education, support, and resources to individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and to their families.
Services include:
  • support and discussion groups
  • friendly visiting/respite

  • counselling
  • a resource centre with print and audio-visual resources

MedicAlert Safely Home provides a nationwide program designed to help identify the person who is lost and assist in a safe return home.
