Service Description: A cognitive-behaviour based program for youths that is delivered in eight group sessions. Focus is on important social skills relating to cost and consequences of making good and bad decisions. The program provides the youth with practical skills so they are better equipped to deal with day-to-day pressures they may encounter. Delivery methods includes, group discussions, role-plays, games, and movies.
