Service Description: Community agency that provides shelter for women * meals, social and recreational activities, information and referral, counselling, and housing assistance * 24-hour crisis telephone line and advocacy staff available

Housing programs include:
  • 20-bed emergency shelters for homeless women
  • 15-bed emergency shelter for men
  • six units of family shelter
  • on-site transitional housing for women
  • supported transitional housing for single women * 17-unit apartment building located in St Catharines
  • off-site transitional housing program with sites in St Catharines, Welland, Grimsby, Niagara Falls, and Beamsville, West Lincoln, Lincoln, and Fort Erie

Additional programs include:
  • Sex Trade On My Terms (STOMT) program
  • Women`s Addiction Recovery mediation (W.A.R.M.) program
  • Teen Talk/STEPS
  • Safe Sisters
  • Y ACT UP
  • Girls Space
  • The Mask You Live In
  • Boy's Lounge
