Service Description: Provides emergency and on-going assistance with food, clothing and shelter to eligible residents in need

Programs include:
  • Food bank - offers emergency food and other necessities to people in need once in 2 months * by appointment only
  • Life skills classes including adult, youth and children life skills programming
  • Christmas assistance program: gifts of food and toys for local families in need at Christmas
  • Red cap anger management program - for elementary school-aged children * runs periodically in local schools * no charges
  • REACT for teens - runs periodically in local high schools
  • Music, Art and Drama Kids Club - for kids in grades K-6 * every Tue 5:30pm-7pm * supper included * no charges
  • Anger and conflict management program for adults - designed to help individuals manage excessive anger and make better choices * for children, youths, and adults * program cost $100
  • Niagara mobile outreach - street outreach truck * provides meals, basic goods, information and support for people who are homeless and other high risk individuals in need
  • Volunteer program - opportunities for interested individuals who are seeking to assist in their community
  • Eventide Home - provides spiritual, physical, emotional and social care for people for people requiring residential long-term care or respite care
