Service Description: Provides support for immigrant and refugee families as they adjust to life in Hamilton. Services are available for men and women. Childminding is available for parents accessing services.

Assistance is provided with:
  • Finding a place to live
  • Learning English
  • Finding employment
  • Completing forms and applications
  • Dealing with family issues

Services and programs include:
  • One-on-one verbal cultural interpretation and translation for clients
  • Referrals for housing, healthcare, education, community services, and bridging programs
  • Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)
