Service Description: Provides emergency shelter for women and their children who are homeless for any reason in a safe, homelike environment.

The facility has 8 single rooms, 4 double rooms and 3 facility rooms; shared washroom/bath/shower facilities and provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack to the residents.

The centre is staffed by women's advocates who work with residents to assist them in goal planning and accessing community resources in their search for affordable housing.

Meeting: Meeting room available for small groups. Nominal donation to YWCA Niagara Region to serve as rental fee. 'Pay what you can' fee structure for those who require.
Fees: Per-night fees are based on each individual's ability to pay; subsidies are available for people who are unable to pay.
