Service Description: A registered charity that works to ensure that all hearing-impaired children have the right to develop their ability to listen and speak and to have access to services which will enable them to listen and speak.

Offers support services and information for hearing-impaired children:
  • works to raise funds for social events and auditory-verbal therapy including a golf tournament in September
  • conference with workshops for parents and professionals
  • parent support group for parents of deaf and hard-of-hearing
  • summer camp in August (weekend gathering for hearing impaired children and their families * parents attend a half-morning seminar on a relevant topic * children are in daycare or programming with camp staff)
