Service Description: A collaborative partnership between the Canadian Diabetes Association (CDA) and pharmacies to provide information and resources to help better support people living with diabetes.

A CPOP pharmacy assists people living with diabetes in the following ways:
  • provides support and advice to manage diabetes
  • provides the latest CDA information about diabetes, including upcoming events and programs
  • provides information about medications, including the selection of safe and effective over-the-counter medications, vitamins, supplements, and a variety of diabetes supplies
