Assistive Devices Program Authorizers - Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant

Healthcare professionals must be registered with the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) as an Authorizer in order to recommend assistive devices. They play a significant role in the assessment process, confirmation of the Applicant’s eligibility and completion of the application form.
