Service Description:

Private home care agency providing the following services:
- nursing care (provided in the client's home, in retirement home or long term care facility)
- personal care * Personal Support Workers have CPR and First Aid
- companion services such as accompanying to appointments, assisting with errands, cleaning, laundry, shopping assistance, daily check-ins, etc.
- foot care * foot care nurse can help reduce calluses, corns and trim deformed/thickened nails
- wound care management (acute wounds, chronic wounds, surgical wounds, diabetic ulcers, ostomy sites)
- respite care
- dementia care
- palliative care (specialized care for clients with terminal illness or end-of-life care)
- physiotherapy (physiotherapists assess client's needs and provide education and advice as well as exercise program)
- free in-home consult
All staff are trained in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) in dementia care
