Service Description: Provides online exercise programs that are designed to promote physical well-being and mobility * hosted on Zoom

GRASP (Graded Repetitive Arm Supplementary Program) - The program is designed to improve arm and hand strength, coordination, and the ability to use the stroke-affected arm in daily activities * 10-week session

Virtual Exercise - The program is designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being from home * based on the information contained in the Stroke Recovery in Motion Toolkit (SRIM) * three levels of exercise classes that build on each other * all levels are chair based with the most advanced level doing standing balance work

Eligibility / Target Population: GRASP: People who have had a stroke or brain injury who has lost some arm and/or hand function * must have some movement in the affected arm/hand * must be screened and be able to follow a home exercise program daily for 10-weeks
Virtual Exercise: People with mobility challenges or disabilities
